Overview:
The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to ensure the efficient operation at Sonrava Health CHQ in the Dallas area. This role involves managing office communications, organizing schedules, handling clerical tasks, and supporting the team in various administrative capacities.
Responsibilities:- Order office supplies as necessary
- Order break room supplies as necessary
- Receive and distribute mail
- Post outgoing mail
- Prepare FedEx labels as necessary
- Maintain guest badge inventory and log of users
- Stock executive kitchen with necessary supplies; coffee, creamer, tea, water, snacks.
- Maintain two break rooms/kitchens in a clean and orderly manner
- Assist with reception area admission of guests
- Assist with ordering lunch or other meals as necessary
- Maintain printer ink inventory
- Order printer ink as necessary
- Scan and email documents to appropriate parties as necessary
- Assist CFO, CCO and on site executives as necessary
- Facilitate access to fleet vehicles housed at DHQ
- High School Diploma and/or GED
- 2-3 years office experience preferred
