Assignment Description Customer Service/Data Entry for walk-in population
Customer Service/Data Entry
Candidate will greet students and update their records using various portals based on student-provided information.
Candidate will need to have a high-level of discretion as they will have access to confidential information, such as SSN, Passports, driver s license.
Candidate will not be able to have personal technology (including phones) on/at their workstations.
Importance of being a quick learner as well as high-level customer service, confidentiality, and accuracy.
Training will be provided on portals.
Interpersonal and communication skills are very important, we have a very diverse population.
General office tasks will be expected as well.
Must be on-site
