We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will provide essential support to our management and staff, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient scheduling. You will be responsible for managing communications, maintaining data integrity, and assisting with various clerical duties that contribute directly to our success.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
- Manage and organize files, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy access and confidentiality.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members effectively.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, including memos and newsletters.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations as needed.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure continuity.
- Collaborate with various departments to support special projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A high school diploma is required; an associate degree or higher in a relevant field is a plus.
