Sociaxe is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily office operations, coordinating meetings, and providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office. You will play a key role in enhancing office productivity and assisting with team projects.
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily office tasks such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and scheduling meetings.
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and documents.
- Coordinate and plan office events and meetings.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Support senior staff with project management and administrative tasks.
- Order office supplies and handle equipment maintenance.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
