Administrative Assistant/Data Entry
Reports To: Field Service Manager
Primary Responsibility:
Provide administrative support for integration process including order management, labor reporting, payroll tracking/processing, purchase order receiving, creation of quality, safety and personnel reports.

Primary Responsibility:
Provide administrative support for integration process including order management, labor reporting, payroll tracking/processing, purchase order receiving, creation of quality, safety and personnel reports.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Entry of orders into ERP System
- Entry of labor hours into ERP system
- Entry of labor hours into payroll system
- Enry of purchase order receipt entry into ERP system
- Support special projects assigned by the Services Manager
- Assist vendors
- Assist in resolving any invoice/purchase order discrepancies
- Main point of contact for the creation of purchase orders
- Champion and follow all quality, safety and environmental procedures, reporting all noncompliance
- Maintain a professional attitude when representing the company during phone or personal contact with
Measures of Success:
- Detail oriented
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Accurate and on-time completion of assignments.

Qualifications:
- Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent job-related experience
