Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic remodeling company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing essential administrative support on-site, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication within the team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide full-time on-site administrative support from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, depending on preference.
- Coordinate and manage all administrative tasks, including scheduling, filing, and data entry.
- Assist with marketing and advertising initiatives, including coordinating advertisements and campaigns.
- Manage and maintain the company's CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.
- Provide general office support, such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and ordering supplies.
- Assist with project coordination and documentation as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous experience in construction or remodeling is a plus.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Pay Range: Salary $37,440.00 to $41,600.00
