- General office duties, answering phones, email, filing, faxing, copying, scanning.
- Typing Proposals and Contracts
- Calendar/Appointment-Setting
- Scheduling work crews
- Scheduling inspections
- Data entry
- Ordering office supplies
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Computer skills QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have dependable transportation
- Professional attitude in customer service
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
- Detail-oriented
- Motivated and able to work with little or no supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work well with others while maintaining a "can do" attitude
