The successful candidate will be responsible for sorting and organizing files, maintaining accurate records, and providing general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sort and organize physical and/or electronic files according to established procedures.
- Maintain and update filing systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Assist with data entry and document management tasks.
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Ability to lift and carry files and office supplies as needed.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
