Role Summary:
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant (Escrow) to join a remote team. This role involves providing centralized clerical support for escrow processing, including opening and closing tasks. The ideal candidate will assist escrow branches by managing high-volume documentation, ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle document processing for escrow openings and closings
• Communicate instructions to escrow branches (no direct customer interaction)
• Follow established procedures and suggest process improvements
• Work independently, with occasional support from senior team members

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: 2+ years in escrow processing *REQUIRED*
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Connect (editing PDFs)
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge: Familiarity with escrow procedures and regulations
