Ficker Insurance Group is looking for a qualified candidate to join our busy agency as an Office Assistant/Manager. This role could expand depending on the candidates contributions to the agency.
Salary Range: $18.00 per year

Responsibilities
This role will largely consist of:
Answering customer phone calls
Receptionist/assist with customer walk-ins
Coordinates and implements Agency standards such as managing office hours, appointment-setting, customer service needs, records control, and other administrative activities as assigned
Data entry entering customer information into our system.
Reviewing/managing customer emails and distributing them to the team.
Handling outbound customer calls for payments/billing/etc.
Other office duties as assigned.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Reliable and dependable
Detail oriented & strong time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, CRM systems knowledge, etc.
