The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to Aqua individuals, teams, departments and organizations. Responsible for direction, coordination and overall management of office policies. Plans and implements objectives to ensure Aqua's overall effectiveness.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs quantitative and qualitative analyses, as directed, to improve speicific department's performance.
• Compiles department budgetary data and prepare standard and special reports.
• Assists in gathering information, analyzing data and preparing reports.
• Organizes and maintains departments files and records.
• Acts as telephone operator/receptionist for incoming calls to department. Answers phone, provides assistance and forwards messages.
• Arranges travel reservations and accommodations as required.
• Provides miscellaneous clerical support, including mail delivery and the preparation of correspondence.
• Implements all office polices and procedures.
• Manages and orders supplies within the budget guidelines of the organization.
• Responsible for data entry, including SAP, Timesheets/Timetrack, and other business related computer applications.
• Schedules and coordinates meetings.
• Performs other assignments as required.
