Administrative Assistant from Innova Solutions

Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for an Administrative Assistant.

Position Type: Contract, potentially contract to hire

Duration: 12 Months

Location:  Fort Wayne, Indiana

As an Administrative Assistant, you will responsible for:     

• Provide administrative support to program leadership.
• Post documents to the customer portal and email notifications.
• Make travel arrangements and process timely expense reports.
• Manage calendars and schedule and coordinate meetings.
• Interface with high-level internal and external contacts.
• Create and maintain appropriate databases.
• May perform some research or data analysis tasks.
• Coordinate events and support additional projects as needed.
• Prepare presentations.

The ideal candidate will have: 

• Highly proficient in MS Office suite of tools, including Outlook.(use outlook, meetings, use multiple calendars)
• Ability to effectively interact with all levels of management.
• Strong history of website research and Electronic Data Interfaces (EDI) and SAP
• High School Diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of six years related experience.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $30-$32 per hour    

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
