Duties you will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to providers and care center coordinators.
- Handling office ad-hoc duties such as maintaining schedules, preparing and mailing pt results letters, updating and sending out recall letters, scanning and indexing of reports and encounter forms
- Scanning of billing charges to RCM team, distributing results and appt requests from the fax press,
- Assisting the care coordinators and manager with overflow work as needed by the care center.
- Have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Computer skills required.
- Looking for part-time work 15-20hrs a week. This job is in-person, not remote.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
