LIA is seeking an energetic and motivated individual to join our dynamic team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will engage in the day-to-day business of Linkitall and get first-hand experience of what it takes to be a dynamic team player in a successful business to gain specialized knowledge of working in a dynamic small business.

Responsibilities:
- Schedule Company Meetings and Manage Company Calendars.
- Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings.
- Assist with Corporate Travel Arrangements & with Company meetings and events.
- Draft Office correspondence (Corporate memos, emails, letters, etc.)
- Other Administrative Duties, as Required.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a university accredited college or university.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a related field.
- Customer Service Experience & Scheduling Knowledge is Ideal.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office is required
- Basic understanding of government contracting a plus.
- Candidates living in a HUBZone are preferred.
