Software proficiency requirement: Must be familiar with Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with event ticketing software preferredUnder the direction of the Athens client site Manager at this event venue, you will assist with customer service for the events light show. This position will primarily respond to customer emails, phone calls and use the event ticketing system to assist customers with their booking. A qualified candidate for this position should have a strong background in customer service. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are expected.
