Landon Enterprises, LLC is looking to add an office/administrative assistant to our growing Culver's family! This position would include the job responsibilities below and would operate out of the offices in the Culver's of Goodyear location at 130 N. Estrella Pkwy, Goodyear, AZ 85338. There will be required travel between the restaurants in Verrado and Avondale as well on a daily basis. Some of the responsibilities include:
1. Cash Handling:
a. Making deposits for 3 restaurants daily.
b. Ensuring each location has proper change in their safe.
c. Keep deposit logs accurate.
2. Assist in the staffing process which may include: onboarding and orientations.
a. Manage the applicant tracking portal.
b. Complete onboarding paperwork for new hires within.
c. Enter all new hire/ transfer applicants into all systems (Net-Chef, Paylocity, BBU, etc.) and complete checklist.
d. Submit and review background checks for applicants over 18+ years old. Keep track of applicants for store accruals.
e. Conduct an orientation for new hires including PowerPoint presentation, tour, give out & approve uniforms, etc.
3.Manage Trackers: This is not a complete list as we will be implementing other tracking forms as we grow.
a. Maintain our award system (SNAPPY) with current employee database.
b. Keep track of referral bonuses when active.
c. STAR Program.
d. Retention programs.
e. Keep Vendor list updated.
f. ServSafe expiration dates
4. Manager digital employee communication board
5.Take inventory counts of uniforms bi-weekly.
6.Organize paperwork-Assist HR Coordinator.
7.Create documents as needed using word, excel, adobe and powerpoint.
8.General Office duties to include but not limited to:
a. Cleaning the office (counter tops, floors, trash
cans etc)
9.Stock fridge with bottled water on weekly basis.
10.Answer the phone and take messages.
11.Send out End of the Month from all restaurants on the 1st or 2nd of every month.
12.On occasion may have to complete restaurant banking procedures.
13.Create and print certificates on a monthly basis for promotions, awards.
Required Qualifications/Experience:
Must be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe
Must be proficient in cash handling
Minimum of 2 years' experience in HR related tasks

The schedule for this job would need availability Mon-Sat with 5 days/8-hour shifts.
