Our primary function is to offer continuous nursing, medical, and other health and social services on a 24-hour basis, under physician directed care and RN supervision.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepares correspondence, reports, memos, special projects, technical papers and related material for department staff as requested.
Schedules and coordinates meetings and facilities which may include travel and lodging arrangements.
Receives, handles, and transfer phone calls and messages within the department promptly and courteously.
Takes and transcribes dictation of a highly confidential nature.
Prepares memos and other materials for staff and for business meetings.
- Collects information needed by supervisor for conferences and reports.
Enhances professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, current literature, in-service meetings and workshops.
- Attends meetings as required.
Maintains contracts for the hospital through the electronic contract system.
Maintains professional demeanor in dealing with customers, to include referrals. Professionally resolves customer complaints.
Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Must have High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
- Associates degree in related field preferred.
