POSITION OVERVIEW
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting marketing, operational, sales, and other management staff through midâ€level administrative and creative tasks. This role is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of dealer / client internal onboarding.
Essential Functions
- Initiate and manage the internal onboarding process of clients utilizing various webâ€based and database systems
- Schedule and track progress of various steps in the client onboarding process
- Manage internal and external correspondence as it relates to client onboarding
- Communicate and provide reporting to various staff as required
- Communicate regularly with manufacture's representatives and their team
- Support multiple departments in obtaining client information as required
- Perform basic assistant functions to support the organization as required like creating reports, drafting emails, proof reading documents, sending correspondence, answering phones, data entry etc.
- Other duties as assigned by your supervisor to meet the ongoing needs of the organization
Education, Experience, and Job Specific Skills
Required:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D and minimum of two years related experience and/or training in the HVAC/R industry; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2 years of experience as a marketing coordinator or similar position
Preferred:
- Associates or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Most work is performed in an office environment using phone and computer; however, the job requires occasional driving to and from locations.
