Earn $16.63-$17.87 an hour


* License renewal preparation for Adult Behavioral Health and Children & Family Services
* Oversee administrative functions with regard to HCSIS
* Answer and direct calls received on the Crums Mill main number
* Communicate phone issues, special needs to the Communications Department
* Monitor building access for guests and staff entering without a key fob
* Daily distribute incoming mail, post outgoing mail
* Maintain the highest level of confidentiality as it relates to administrative documentation
* Oversee ordering of supplies for Crums Mill office, including on-site janitorial supplies, building coffee supplies, shred bins
* Ability to work with limited supervision
* Other general administrative duties as assigned
* Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, Smartsheet, Good Communication Skills
