About the Job
Description:
Provide general administrative support to the HR Department, including document management, scheduling, and record-keeping
Travel arrangements
Ordering food/supplies for kitchen and office
Coordinating catering/ events for staff
Assist with day-to-day office operations, helping to maintain an organized and efficient workplace
Support HR activities such as event preparation, and training coordination
Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Occasionally cover front desk reception as needed to greet visitors and handle inquiries

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy environment
