Administrative Assistant

Description:
What you will do:
Review expired quotes within an existing database to determine what actions are needed.
Correspond with quote owners to confirm if valid or expired.
Refresh quote pricing and submit back through approvals.
Send quotes directly to the customer or to the internal person who is responsible for sending the quote .
Requirements:
High school diploma.
Proficient with Excel and Outlook
Ability to work independently.
Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload accordingly.
Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external customers.
