Responsibilities:
- Manage busy calendars and handle high-volume phone calls.
- Maintain call sheets and schedule meetings efficiently.
- Make travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries.
- Prepare and track expense reports accurately.
- Assist in preparing and proofreading presentations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
