Administrative Assistant (Hybrid) - Precision Staffing

Precision Staffing is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a non-profit organization located in the Blue Ash area. As an Administrative Assistant, you will maintain and manage a donor database by processing financial gifts, handling data entry, and generating accurate reports.

This is a hybrid role that will be working remotely on Tuesday's and Friday's.

Responsibilities of Administrative Assistant:

• Accurately process and enter gifts, including donations, sponsorships, pledges, and tribute donations into the CRM within 24-48 hours.
• Create and manage gift batches, properly coding gifts to their respective campaigns, funds, and appeals.
• Generate tax-receipt acknowledgments and maintain accurate records for all donors.
• Set up and maintain constituent records, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Run queries to generate mailing and email lists for appeals, events, and newsletters.
• Perform regular CRM maintenance to ensure data integrity and address discrepancies.
• Respond to donor inquiries via phone or email.
• Provide lists for event chairs before and after fundraising events.
• Assist with larger data entry projects and CRM automation.

Qualifications for Administrative Assistant:

• 2+ years of experience with CRM, preferably on the non-profit side (Virtuous or Blackbaud experience a PLUS).
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
