Administrative Assistant (Hybrid) - Atlas Facilities Maintenance

Key Responsibilities:

 Assist Executives/Company Leadership with:

o Staffing processes

o Vetting vendors and suppliers

o Scheduling travel, accommodations, and other logistics

o Addressing urgent maintenance requests from facilities across the country

 Maintain and organize company records (both digital and hard copy)

 Create reports, track data, and provide insightful information tailored for

presentations to be delivered Executives/Company Leadership

 Order and manage supplies and equipment for multiple locations

 Handle phone and email communications professionally

 Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments

 Support HR functions, including conducting introductory interviews

 Perform general administrative duties as needed

 Potential infrequent need for overnight travel

Required Skills and Qualifications:

 Highly organized and detail-oriented

 Professional demeanor on phone and Zoom

 Experience in conducting interviews for hiring staff

 HR experience is a plus

 Data-driven approach to tasks

 Highly Capable and Competent in Microsoft Excell

 College Degree of Equivalent Work Experience

 3+ Years of Relevant Work Experience

 Ambitious with a strong desire for career growth

 Ability to speak Spanish is very helpful
