Administrative Assistant-HYBRID - TEKsystems

• Hybrid Opportunity- A few days onsite and a few days remote

Description:

Perform enhanced due diligence reviews of potential and existing customers with high credit exposure. Apply critical thinking and analytical skills to identify pertinent information needed to mitigate risk which includes but not limited to; bankruptcies, liens/judgments, federal and state civil and criminal court records. Demonstrate a general understanding of credit, lending and legal documentation and terminology. Exhibit strong written communication skills to effectively convey investigative findings in a formal business integrity report for credit officers.

• Navigate through vendor systems and other online public resources to obtain information.

• Identifying and analyzing information gathered thorough the investigation to determine what information should be documented.

• Compile an accurate and detailed report for review.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficient knowledge of the internet, online databases, and Microsoft Applications

• Strong Written Communication Skills

• Attention to Detail

• Strong Analytical and Judgment Skills

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree with minimum of 2 years bank operations experience

Or Associate Degree with minimum of 4 years bank operations experience

Or High School Diploma/GED with 6 years of bank operations experience
