Job Description: Performs a variety of complex administrative functions primarily for an individual manager and secondarily for a group. Manages schedule(s); coordinates travel arrangements; coordinates meetings and events; coordinates department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations; completes special projects as assigned.
Typical Day in the Role:
• Purpose of the Team: This is the silicone hardware and infrastructure team. They develop hardware and firmware for the servers.
• Key projects: This role will contribute to standard admin work like calendaring, onboarding new hires, ordering equipment, etc.
• Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of 40% team support, 25% calendaring, 35% misc. tasks (new hire onboarding, ordering equipment, etc.)
