Job Description:

The Sustainable Earth Systems Sciences department is adding to our administrative staff to support our growing department. The AAI will work with the Administrative Services Officer and Academic Support Coordinator, assisting with routine business and academic activities in compliance with university policies and procedures. The ideal candidate must have attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to meet strict deadlines. Must possess a high level of integrity and professionalism in working with sensitive data; be proactive in identifying and troubleshooting issues; be able to successfully complete tasks with minimum supervision; compose routine email correspondence; other duties as assigned.



Minimum Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree and two years office administration or project management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.


Preferred Education and Experience:

Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs. Experience in office administration for educational setting. Experience working with students.
