- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Supply Chain Department
- Perform word processing tasks, create and review presentations, and prepare reports in Excel
- Handle filing, answering phones, and directing visitors in a professional manner
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and schedules, ensuring smooth logistics
- Maintain accurate financial records and manage office supplies
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and manage outgoing correspondence
- Assist with special projects as needed, requiring the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Strong organizational and communication skills are essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently
- 1-3 years of administrative or related experience
