Shift: 1st Shift

Must Have:

• Excellent attention to detail
• Administrative and analytical support
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Teams, SharePoint)

Nice to Have:

• Acquired Microsoft certification
• Experience with CFR 820 and ISO 13485
• Experience with document gap and compliance assessments
• Experience in document control/quality management systems
• Intermediate proficiency with Oracle Agile system

Responsibilities may include...

This role will be part of a team working on a 6-month, large-scale project to assess and update impacted quality documents. The candidate should be comfortable working:

1. As an individual
2. As an interactive team member
3. With close supervision by direct manager and project manager

Responsibilities include:

1. Navigating Agile ERP System and downloading files
2. Conducting gap and compliance assessments of QMS documents against regulation update criteria
3. Identifying and articulating issues in Good Documentation Practices
4. Editing/redlining QMS document changes
5. Creating change orders in Agile and uploading files
6. Logging progress and tracking assessment information in project files

The position will be onsite at the Northridge, CA office.

Autonomy:
Established and productive individual contributor working on clerical and administrative assignments, under moderate supervision, with some adjustments to methods and processes.

Organizational Impact:
Delivers day-to-day objectives with direct impact on result achievement. Routine tasks, with some deviations from standard practices.

Innovation and Complexity:
Makes minor adjustments to work methods to solve routine problems. May highlight concerns and suggest solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
