The Fountain Group is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Sylmar, CA. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:
Pay:$22-24/hour to start!
- Assignment Length: 6 months with possibility of extension or conversion based on performance & budget.
- Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm, 100% ONSITE
- Responsibilities include:
- Provide administrative support to senior leadership & team members.
- Oversee and coordinate calendar management for senior leadership, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel, while prioritizing conflicting commitments and optimizing time allocation.
- Assist in weekly and monthly reports, collecting information from the reports from various portfolio leaders and delivering to senior executive.
- Work with the contracting team by providing follow-up to the procurement and finance organizations, and ensure things are moving forward as needed.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree REQUIRED.
- 1+ years of experience in an Administrative Assistant role.
- Proficiency in utilizing MS Office including Excel, SharePoint, Outlook and MS Teams.
- Previous experience using Arriba 5 a plus!
- Large corporate experience highly preferred.
