Administrative Assistant II - Cenergy International

This opportunity is on-site and is located at 1735 Hughes Landing Boulevard, The Woodlands, TX 77380

MAIN FUNCTIONS
Includes, but not limited to the following:

T&E for Project Director s direct reports
On/off-boarding for new employees/hat contractors/secondees to the team (including identity creation, laptop requests, setting up timewriting/timekeeping, etc.)
Support the creation and maintenance of venture calendar for in person meetings (e.G. Workshops, sponsor meetings, CoV meetings, etc.)
Timewriting stewardship
Teambuilding coordination (party planning committee)
Creation/maintenance of UGs (for distribution lists/access) for team
Support/assist team with business visas for travels from U.S. (e.G., to China)
Support/assist team with meeting rooms/catering/etc.
Handle visitor access (including parking, badging, directions, etc.)
Vacation stewardship (e.G., end of year carryover)
Miscellaneous administrative tasks (e.G., office supplies)

Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is $40 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.



Please Note:

Must have a valid driver s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
