Must Haves: The role requires 5-7 overall years of experience in the field.

Job Description:
Performs a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management including external business partners. Manages schedule(s), coordinates travel arrangements and processes business expenses. Coordinates meetings and events, department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations. Manages procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships. Provides general office support. Serves as the department/group contact. Completes special projects as assigned.
Typical Day in the Role: • Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is to support the engineering and product management team.
• Key projects: This role will contribute to managing 3 partner calendars, supporting the DNI project for women in a specific org, and standard admin assistant tasks.
• Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of 50 calendar management, 10% event set up (scheduling rooms, ordering food, etc.), 40% team support (this will include attending meetings)
