Job Title: Administrative Assistant 3
Contract Duration: Tentative start date: Nov 18, 2024 through Jun 30, 2025 (Assignment extensions occur quarterly. The selected candidate has the potential to stay in the role for up to 18 months.)
Pay: $34.75/hr
Onsite/Remote/Hybrid (if onsite/hybrid please give city/town name): Hybrid; 3 days a week; Redmond, WA.
Must Haves: The role requires 5 overall years of experience in the field.

1. Minimum 5 years experience with Calendaring and scheduling in a professional role

Job Description:
Performs a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management including external business partners. Manages schedule(s), coordinates travel arrangements and processes business expenses. Coordinates meetings and events, department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations. Manages procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships. Provides general office support. Serves as the department/group contact. Completes special projects as assigned.

- Calendar and schedule management - Manage complex calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating with other departments to optimize executives' time.
- Meeting and Event Coordination - Organize team meetings, department-wide events, and potential client or partner meetings, handling logistics, materials, and communications.
- Communication Liaison - Acting as the first point of contact, admins manage communication on behalf of executive, handling correspondence, filtering information, and ensuring prompt follow-up.
- Project and Task Management - Support of variety of project-based tasks, managing timelines, budgets, and coordinating deliverables.
- Travel and Expense Management - Arranging travel itineraries, booking accommodations, and managing travel-related expenses.
- Data and Document Management - Manage files, data, and other documents, keeping records organized and accessible.
