Administrative Assistant III - Support - Staff Finders Technical

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support executive-level managers. You will collaborate with other executive administrative assistants and must be a team player capable of hitting the ground running. This role involves managing calendars, coordinating travel, and providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel plans for executives within the US and Canada, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
• Calendar Management: Efficiently manage calendars for multiple managers, ensuring appointments and meetings are properly scheduled.
• Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks such as preparing documentation, handling internal communications, and maintaining confidentiality.

Experience Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, ideally in a fast-paced, executive-level support role.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Experience working with SAP for administrative tasks and reporting.
• Ability to work well both independently and within a team environment.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience coordinating logistics and handling expense reporting.
• Exposure to supporting executives in an international or corporate setting.
