About the Opportunity

As we continue to grow and increase our customer community, we're looking for an enthusiastic, Administrative Assistant to assist with administrative tasks. This assistant is an integral part of the Combined team and will work directly our Management staff to provide support with department projects and ongoing tasks as needed.

Location: Diamond Bar, California

Job Types: Full-Time

Salary Range: $17.00/hr to $19.00/hr

Job Duties:

• Answer telephones and direct calls
• Administrative duties and support to other departments
• Commissions: record and prepare monthly statements to agents/ referral parties.
• Maintain and review records needed for the completion of internal reporting using Excel Spreadsheets and Adobe Acrobat
• Open, sort and route incoming mail
• Maintain communication and meeting minutes as needed
• Assist with organizing special events.
• Inventory order and storage
• Prepare special mailings to clients
• Compute, record, and proofread data and other information

Skills and Experience:

• Strong verbal, written and communication skills.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence, such as emails.
• Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Office with heavy emphasis on Word, Excel and Outlook
• Must type at least 50 WPM
• Minimum one-year office administration experience
