Administrative AssistantA well-established janitorial business, serving our community for over 65 years is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their laid-back office

This dedicated team of 26 employees year-round, growing to 36 during their busy winter season, is looking for someone with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

This full-time role will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks.Why you want this position:Wage: $20 to $22/hour, depending on experience  Schedule: Monday through Friday - 8 a.m

to 5 p.m.This position will start at 32 hours a week and move into full-timeLong-term and full time with well-established companyBenefitsHealth insurance and paid vacationRoom for advancementLaid-back office environmentEssential Functions and Duties:Answering all incoming phone calls and emailsMaintaining professional communication with clients and vendorsFiling, data entry, scanning and organizing documents, and general office organizationAssisting with HR processesHandling accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP)Occasionally assisting with bids, proposal preparation, preparing reports and signature sheetsQualifications:1-2 years office administrative experienceExperience with Microsoft Excel and Word (ability to format documents correctly, create reports, and manage data)Experience with QuickBooks desktopStrong customer service skills and professional demeanorSuccessful completion of an Excel and Word skills assessmentAbility to pass a background screeningGet in touch!
