Rise Above is a licensed drug and alcohol outpatient counseling program through RHD that offers a variety of services to meet the needs of individuals in the areas of addiction, anger management and domestic violence. Our mission is to empower people in need, helping them attain the highest level of independence possible and build better lives for themselves, their families and their communities. Position Summary:

Position Summary:
Provide administrative support to an outpatient substance abuse counseling facility. A commitment to the RHD values should be demonstrated as job duties are performed.
Essential Duties and Functions:

- Answer inbound calls for staff and route appropriately to extension or voicemail, or convey messages.
- Field and address general calls and inquiries regarding services provided at Rise Above.
- Greet arriving clients and complete appropriate check-in procedures.
- Collect and record payments for services.
- Schedule evaluation appointments.
- Maintain and report group registration and attendance as needed.
- Process evaluations and communicate status of evaluations with referral sources.
- Complete other duties as assigned by management team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in clerical or administrative work.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experienced with electronic health records preferred.
- Bilingual speakers are highly encouraged to apply.
