Administrative Assistant l - Westinghouse

We are searching for an Administrative Assistant l on behalf of our client. This is 1 yr. contract assignment. The person will support maintenance group. Printing out the tasks, procedure, scheduling in outlook, and entering expenses. Possible for extension. Location: Monticello, MN Onsite position Responsibilities Will provide general administrative support for the maintenance group at the nuclear plant.The person would start at 7:00 am, go into system and check all the tasks and any new communication. Daily 15 minutes with team to see if there's any assistance needed. Will print tasks out for people to go into the field to do the work. Perhaps a new procedure and needs that to be printed out. Peer check to make sure that all the tasks are done and then file it away. Requirements High school Diploma Experience: 1-2 yrs. administrative work or coordinating Mus have experience with MS Suite, especially Word Must be able to interact with lots of people at the plant.Must be able to multitask, Work independently and team player, Must be well organized.
