Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Track contract renewals, price changes, and perform clerical duties for new/changed/renewed and canceled accounts.
- Generate weekly labor efficacy reports, tracking hours and key performance indicators.
- Monitor consumable spending for all accounts and compile monthly inspection scores/reports.
- Create and maintain Manager Binders with account information, contacts, scope of work, and schedules.
- Follow up with managers mid-week and weekly to reconcile hours-budget issues.
- Create weekly agendas and distribute meeting notes for Operations meetings.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing operations business plans, incorporating program requirements, labor hours, cycle, production costs, and images.
- Provide input to product strategy and contribute to the research and development of new and emerging products.
- Establish production and quality control standards, develop budgets, and implement cost controls.
- Ensure all established costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met.
- Perform administrative activities associated with the effective management of shop operations, including compiling, storing, and retrieving production data for reports.
- Determine responsibilities of assigned organization and staff positions to accomplish business objectives.

- Microsoft Office Suite experience is a must.
