About the Job
Adecco is recruiting for a dynamic part time Administrative Assistant in Lake Geneva. This role supports the front desk, executive team, and sales department, with a focus on managing and coordinating international travel.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage front desk operations and provide executive/sales team support
Maintain data in the ERP system and generate reports
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
Prepare documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office
Qualifications:
Experience in administrative support, especially with executive/sales teams
Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills
Experience coordinating international travel

Pay Details: $22.00 to $23.00 per hour
