QUALIFICATIONS
ï‚· Must be able to type 30 WPM
ï‚· Prefer
o 1 year experience in healthcare related field, computer skills, filing skills, telephone
communication skills, scheduling application skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to sit, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, perform overhead lifting and perform other common physical
movements as needed for the position.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / ASSIGNED TASKS
ï‚· Orders nursing supplies and ensures stock / par level is maintained
ï‚· Order enteral feeding supplies from appropriate suppliers
ï‚· Conduct inventory as scheduled
ï‚· Filing as assigned
ï‚· Ensure all parts of the discharged resident’s medical record are provided to office staff in a timely
manner
ï‚· Print all medical records as requested
ï‚· Complete Prior Authorization as requested from pharmacy
ï‚· Schedule and Coordinate appointments per facility protocol
ï‚· Assemble personnel file with required orientation information according to position
ï‚· Verify and ensure employees have current license and/or certification on file
ï‚· Maintain call schedule for administrative and nursing staff
ï‚· Fax designating agent forms to appropriate pharmacy
ï‚· Type and post memos as requested
ï‚· Verify timely staff completion of orientation checklists or education assignments and communicate
delinquencies to the Staff Development Coordinator
ï‚· Maintain updated In-service Attendance Record per discipline
ï‚· Ensure timely HR communications as assigned
ï‚· Check call in logs daily and ensure absences and tardiness are logged on employee attendance record
ï‚· Perform other job duties and tasks as assigned
