We have an opening for an Administrative Assistant who can answer yes to these questions. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our independently owned and operated national agency.

**Administrative Assistant Primary Responsibilities:**

* Manage office operations, including answering phones and handling correspondence

* Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and caregiver records

* Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations

* Provide occasional transportation services to clients as needed

* Support recruitment and onboarding processes for new caregivers

Administrative Assistant Requirements:

Experience – One year of administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare or service-oriented setting

Education – High school diploma; Associate's degree preferred

Skills – Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent organizational and time management skills, strong written and verbal communication

Driving – Valid driver's license and clean driving record required

Characteristics – Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
