About the Job
Our Client, a Financial/Banking company, is looking for an Administrative Assistant (Level III) for their Plano, TX/ Hybrid location.
Responsibilities:
- An Admin Assistant is needed to support Authentications Technology Executive onsite in Plano, TX.
- Managing the schedule and calendar of B2 executive, including meetings, telepresence, conference rooms and travel
- Scheduling staff events; coordinating and responding to correspondence and requests from internal and external groups
- Typing memoranda and correspondence as well as taking meeting notes and takeaways for executives
- Maintenance of accurate records
- Preparing expense reimbursement; ordering supplies & access requests, communications to the teams, etc. and other related administrative duties.
- Work closely with the Business Support Manager/COO to ensure that the executive and organization are being fully supported.
