Receptionist and Office Assistant Will Have The Opportunity To:

Open and close the office daily.

Operate a telephone console to receive incoming calls and direct them within our office.

Assist visitors and employees.

Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Oversee the stocking and ordering of office supplies.

Assist in the maintenance of office equipment.

Assist the Financial Department in clerical duties and processing invoices.

Assist the Human Resources Department in processing applications and new hire documentation.

Ensure the office remains clean and orderly.

Provides other assistance as needed.

Receptionist and Office Assistant Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat and Windows.  Working knowledge of Sage is preferred.

Efficiency, attention to detail and organization.

Ability to deliver accurate results while meeting deadlines.

Ability to operate under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional communication skills, including oral, written (memos and emails) and presentation skills.

One year’s experience working in an office setting preferred.  We will train the right candidate.

Pay Rate:  $15.00 per hour and up, based on experience
