Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Duration: Temporary Assignment
POSITION REQUIRES TO WORK ONSITE 100%.
WORK ADDRESS LOCATION:
490 Road 9
Schuyler, NE 68661
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00-5:00 PM, with some flexibility.
This person will also work at the Columbus location approximately 1 day a week (1015-minute drive from Schuyler)
The Administrative Assistant 1 will provide administrative support to HR department.
We seek a versatile professional who will coordinate, integrate and implement assigned administrative or staff functions.
Receive and relay telephone messages from internal and external sources.
Enter routine data into standard forms and templates, and file and archive paper and electronic documents.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, diaries and travel arrangements.
Perform routine administrative work within established procedures.
Other duties as assigned*Handle basic clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
****Minimum Qualifications*High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent*Zero years of related work experience.
Required qualifications
Supporting the HR Department
Filing, handling customer support in HR
Handle internal requests.
Data entry and additional administrative tasks
Prefer bilingual in English and Spanish
Must have Microsoft Office Suite experience
Strong customer service skills and communication
High School diploma required
PHONE INTERVIEWS WILL BE CONDUCTED
Comments for Suppliers: will handle filing and customer service how to direct employees.
Phone interviews will be conducted
