The Palace Cultural Arts Association is excited to announce a new opportunity to join our team as an Administrative Assistant! If you have a passion for the arts and enjoy working in a dynamic, creative environment, this role could be perfect for you.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our team, helping to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll primarily assist our Executive Director but also work with other staff members, including the Marketing Manager, Financial Manager, Event Coordinator, and Box Office Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
 
- Office Support: Help with general office duties such as filing, organizing supplies, and preparing agendas for meetings.
 
- Sponsor Coordination: Manage communications with our event sponsors and ensure they receive the benefits associated with their support.
 
- Meeting Preparation & Record Keeping: Assist with staff meetings, take minutes, and track employee time-off requests.
 
- Event Support: Be part of our rotating team of House Managers, overseeing shows, events, and movies.
 
- Creative Contributions: Help decorate the Pavilion and lobby for events, and coordinate the creation of centerpieces.

We're looking for someone excited about the opportunity to grow into new responsibilities! In this role, you'll initially assist with managing our School Matinee Series and Volunteer Program, with the potential to take over these programs in the future.
