About the Job
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are up to date.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Perform data entry and manage databases.
- Support other staff members with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in other administrative roles.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with technology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
