Qualifications
- High school, business school or GED diploma.
- Minimum of two years of experience in general office procedures.
- Must be proficient in Office Suite. Must have strong communication skills and have the ability to initiate and handle multiple tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
Responsibilities
- Screens incoming calls for the program and provides breaktime coverage and backup coverage for the main agency phone line, as needed.
- General paper and electronic filing, as needed.
- Sorting and processing incoming and outgoing mail. Sending, receiving and distributing fax transmissions.
- Inputs USTFs into the State Portal.
- Processes billing for client services provided and enter prior authorizations, as needed.
- Completes client discharge and follow-up.
- Develops and/or maintains consumer database.
- Maintains office supplies and completes work orders, as needed.
- Supervises all non-clinical administrative functions such as van repairs, office supplies, building/house maintenance, various quality assurance controls.
- Participates in billing meetings and other agency meetings.
- Attends trainings as required.
