An Administrative Assistant is needed for a top-ranking Real Estate Team. With your help, the agent will be able to focus more on selling real estate and less on daily administrative tasks. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who is willing to go above and beyond, just like other members of our team.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support a busy real estate agent in all aspects of their business. The successful candidate will have a multifaceted role, combining various administrative responsibilities to ensure smooth operations.

Salary Range: $50000.00 - $65000.00 per year

The successful candidate must have the ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional customer service and communication skills are essential. The Administrative Assistant should be a self-starter who can work well under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calendar management
• Familiarity with several programs: Outlook, Brokermint, Slack, Follow-up Boss
• Answering phones, screening, and forwarding calls
• Receiving and sorting mail
• Scheduling appointments
• Electronic database management
• Ordering supplies

• Great written and verbal skills
