Administrative Assistant - CentiMark Corporation

CentiMark Corporation is the nation’s largest commercial and industrial roofing contractor with 100 offices and over 3,500 employees across North America.  We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Global Accounts Team.

This person will be working directly with the Senior Vice President of Global Accounts, located in our Muncie, Indiana office along with the Global Accounts Sales Team.
 
Job Summary:

• Review and maintain expense reports; Request Certificate of Insurance per Customer request; Order office supplies, Manage FedEx shipments
• Track monthly activities and sales for Sales Manager; Track monthly & quarterly rebate accounts as needed
• Record Global Account Manager daily sales per individual’s Global Accounts
• Create Accounts and Contacts in Salesforce
• Maintain locations for Global Account Customers in our database

Candidate Requirements:

• 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant in a business or marketing environment is preferred
• Solid History working in a Sales Team Environment is required
• Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Salesforce experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must be detail oriented and ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and able to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands
